The owners wanted a house to enjoy in their vacations with the family, the needs were: 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, a family area, a laundry area and a garage with a working table in the 1st level; in the second level they wanted a master bedroom with master bathroom and walking closet (the bedroom should have a terrace, the living the dinning and the kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, a big terrace partially roof (facing the sea) and an outside stairs going to the sun deck. The layout of the house was made to allow the owner to rent the first level as a weekend house.
